Okay, I think practically no one reads this blog now but some people wanted me to blog about my trip to New Zealand from two weeks ago until today. If you're reading this, type something at the tagboard (so I'll know who's still reading a blog that hasn't been active for almost one year).

So a brief summary about the short trip. We spent 15 days there, and 14 nights. Ate Fish & Chips for many meals. Did bungy-jumping (awesome!). Super cold showers with metal floors that absorbs whatever heat you have from your body through your feet. Walking in a natural refrigerator (glacier). Antonio's japanese restaurant that is very worth for the bucks you paid for, really. We ate there twice on two consecutive days because it was irresistible when we walked past the shop. Free flow of salad (with a choice of various dressings), rice, soup and water. The super springy bed that sinks down when you lie on it. Freshness of the air in New Zealand. That's something we missed most when we touchdown at Singapore, gasping for the fresh air. The difference can really be felt.

That's all for now, shall post more into detail about the trip if I have the time to after editing the photos.

Haven’t posted for a long time now. Just did my first triathlon yesterday. Woke up like 5.30 in the morning. Then prepared everything for the race. Met Minghui, Ryan and Stephen at my void deck around 6.30 and my parents drove us there. (:

Reached there at around 7 and my parents left for work. We registered and I pumped my tires before going into the transition area to place our belongings. Slacked and walked around the carnival area for quite sometime and taking pictures before the race.

We started gathering at the start point around 8.50 and watched the first group went off. Then positioned ourselves for the second wave. A count down and off we went!

Did my 750m swim. There were like so many people and everyone of us we kicking and whacking each other-.- haha, still not used to a triathlon swim. Anyways, I did it in 17minutes 16 seconds. Faster than my pool swim :O

And he could still pose after the swim-.- Got a lot of energy leh.

And then a short 200m plus run to the transition area and I got changed and got onto my bike for the bike leg. It’s along the changi coastal road stretch, two 10km laps.

Finished the 20km cycle in 39minutes 17 seconds.

Then off to the run, nothing much to say about it. Except that it’s the most tiring of all. The 5km seem just too long at the start. But it just ended quickly and the race was over. I did my run in 31 minutes. That’s long!

So I completed the race in 1:33:20 and came in 12th in my age group (16-19) out of 23 and overall 377/746. Minghui did well too! :D He came in 18th in the age group considering he could still pose while racing.

So after the race we walked to Changi Village for lunch and went back home to rest.

Okay I haven’t been blogging for like a super duper long time. Let me update about today (:

Went cycling with Minghui, Ivan and View Meng. I planned a round trip around the eastern town of Singapore. Map can be seen below (:

So it starts from A and follow the left route all the way down southwards. Cycled to East Coast Park, Changi, Pasir Ris and Tampines! Total was about 50km.

And then we cycled along Changi Coast road. The longest and straightest road on our route. Then stopped at changi beach to take a photo of my bike! (:

Then rode all the way to Changi Village and had subway for lunch. And a spider fell into Ivan’s drink. :O Gosh.

Amused and amazed by the tiny spider, he started taking lots of pictures with his camera. ;P

  

Rested for a while after eating and cycled back home. Sent Ivan off to Changi Hospital cause his grandpa was admitted there just only. Yeah, so cycled back home after that. (:

I realise my post are getting lesser in word count. Not really in the mood to blog. But heck, just showing the pictures will be enough!

As you can see , my blog is so dead. Well ,i'll be accompanying my mum to school later for my brother's parent teacher meeting . Nothing really happened these days and thus, i have nothing to blog about .
